Gather and analyze requirements related to INFOR-ERP LN FP2.
Prepare detailed functional specification for user requirement.
Stimulate new ERP functionalities.
Handle functional cases related to ERP in help desk.
Handle session authorizations and data corrections.
Handle project implementation and roll out plans.
Prepare user manuals and presentations.
Deal with external support.
Handle user management,DEM,application development,device management,install solution and patches,updates and service packs.
Manage job schedules,break ups etc
